Innovation Learning Centers Provide Plumbers Learning Like No Other

We have dedicated top of the line facilities that we’ve designed just for plumbers. Plumbers have an experience like no other being able to learn straight from Rheem^® how to best install and service our water heaters. The Innovation Learning Centers (ILCs) are here to give plumbers access to knowledge and hands-on product training they can’t get anywhere else.

Coverage Across the Country

We have 10 regional Plumber Support Managers who stay connected with plumbers in their areas. One of the best ways to participate in the local community of plumbers is to attend our training.

What’s in an ILC?

There are four components of the ILCs that give plumbers the full experience.

Classroom – this is where trainers teach courses on all things water heating

Round table – a place where plumbers can have discussions about water heating

Showroom – a place where products are on display with interactive learning features

Hands-on Training Room – an interactive space with installed units and connected water lines

Plumbers attend training to learn everything from the basics to advanced knowledge on the latest products. Trainers cover installation, maintenance, smart features, sustainability and troubleshooting. Our training team spends countless hours preparing and teaching courses, and they are passionate about helping plumbers grow their business.

Plumbers Learning from Plumbers and Educators

Many of our trainers are plumbers who worked in the field before they joined Rheem. Their first-hand experience gives them the unique ability to relate to the issues that plumbers face in their work. Other members on our team have extensive knowledge and training backgrounds which fuel their passion for teaching the next generation of plumbers as well as seasoned professionals.
