Monster Mile: Christopher Bell and the No. 20 Rheem team will make their first of two stops of the 2019 season at Dover International Speedway on Saturday afternoon. Bell conquered the Monster in the Fall, leading 110 laps and taking home the checkered flag. I’m looking forward to Dover. It’s fast, high banked and really a ton of fun to drive.

Dash 4 Cash: With his third-place finish at Talladega Superspeedway Christopher Bell has qualified for the final round of the Xfinity Series “Dash 4 Cash” this weekend at Dover.

Talladega Recap: Bell started 10th Saturday afternoon at Talladega Superspeedway and in the final Stage of the race led the field two different times for a total of 16 laps. Despite a flurry of late-race cautions, Bell held his ground to earn a third-place finish.

Joe Gibbs Racing at Dover: JGR has 93 NXS starts at Dover with 12 wins, 35 top-five and 57 top-10 finishes. The championship-winning organization has 10 pole awards with an average start of 9.1 and an average finish of 11.3.

It’s one of my favorite tracks and I’d really like to get another Monster Trophy, plus being the final “Dash 4 Cash” race gives us some extra incentive.”
