The Features and Benefits

Rheem HotWave uses tankless water heating technology in a portable, compact and lightweight unit. It includes a 25-foot power cord with built-in GFCI (ground fault circuit interrupter) protection, and it has a 6-foot hose section with a standard 5/8-inch garden hose connection. The long cord and the extra safety protection of a GFCI give you the freedom to move from task to task. The 5/8-inch garden hose water connection lets you use any outdoor spigot or attach to an existing garden hose.

You have control of the water pressure, stream and temperature. Rheem HotWave offers cool, warm and hot water. There are four spray patterns that you can adjust to get the best water control options for any task: shower, flat, jet and center. This ensures it’s flexible for any task.

Rheem HotWave performs best at a ground temperature of 72°F, so make sure to check how it performs in your region. You can rest assured that even if you live in an area with cooler ground temperatures, it delivers, on average, a nearly 50-degree increase in temperature.

Getting Started with Rheem HotWave

It has many different applications, but here are just a few of the many possibilities.

1. Rinsing or washing your dog

You can use more gentle settings to wash your favorite furry friend. Turn it on center for the least intense wash and flat to wash away soapy suds.

2. General cleaning

Every time your patio gets dirty, or you need a seasonal refresh, Rheem HotWave is there to wash away grease and dirt. Use the jet spray pattern for a thorough wash. You can also use it on house siding, windows, an outdoor grill and other outdoor cleaning jobs.

3. Washing your car

With the flat setting, you can rinse and wash away the soapy suds on your car in seconds. Car washes have never been easier, and you can do it right from your own house. It’s gentle enough to rinse your classic car.
