RHEEM TEXT/SMS WIRELESS POLICY

Employee Communications Updates and Alerts (Short Code RWATER): When you choose to opt in, you expressly consent to Rheem Manufacturing Company and its subsidiaries (“Rheem”) sending you text messages from RWATER (792837) to the designated phone number regarding news and updates for Rheem employees (collectively, “Employee Communications”). This consent includes text/SMS messages from an automated system. You understand that, when you receive such texts/SMS messages, you may incur a charge from the company that provides you with telecommunications, wireless and/or internet services. You agree that Rheem will not be liable to you in any way for texts placed pursuant to this consent. Rheem Employee Communications message frequency may vary. Your consent to receive Employee Communications text/SMS messages does not mean you are obligated to take any specific action, nor is your consent to receiving Employee Communications text messages a condition of your employment. Information you provide to Rheem will be used in a manner consistent with Rheem’s privacy notice, which can be found at https://rheem.com/legal.

Text messages will be sent via automatic telephone dialing system or through other automated software. Rheem cannot guarantee message delivery. We may terminate our text/SMS message program at any time.

If you wish to stop receiving Employee Communications text messages, reply to any text message we sent to you from shortcode RWATER (792837) by texting the word STOP to shortcode RWATER (792837). You agree to receive a final text message confirming your opt-out.
