Behind the Brand: Rheem at Work Campaign in the Making

Day in and day out, HVAC contractors are on top of their game, hard at work solving problems. Customers expect you to show up, knock out the job—and their HVAC problems—at the drop of a hat.
It takes supreme dedication, and often a lot of blood, sweat and tears behind the scenes, to turn a problem into a success, run a business and keep your own work teams and family happy, motivated and experts in their field.
Yet we see Rheem contractors doing just that, even after the year we just had. We see you installing innovative, relatable solutions that bring better service and comfort to the communities you’ve built your businesses around. We see the hard work you put in day-in and day-out, the successes piling up around you—and it’s worth celebrating.
And that’s what we set out to do in our new social media campaign, Rheem at Work—showcase the stories, the teams and the passions that continue to fuel our industry and the next generations to come. From the East coast to West Coast, our small and mighty camera crew hit the road to document all the ways we see you hard at work every day. We talked to all kinds of people: customers, long-time employees, family-run businesses, owners with incredible backstories and plans for the future, comfort advisors impacting their community for the better, teams who love what they do and who they work with. We sat in on meetings, tagged along on service calls and watched teams work together and greatness unfold.
“We’ve always known that not all heroes wear capes, but they just might know how to tune an air conditioner,” says Mike Branson, President, Global Air at Rheem Manufacturing Company. “We’re talking to our contractor partners all the time, and we hear stories of truly amazing businesses and services being done. The Rheem at Work campaign is a way for us to help tell those stories, highlight those businesses and put the spotlight on the unsung heroes keeping communities comfortable each day.”
And now we are getting ready to unveil it. You’ll see stories from contractors from around the country about what it means to show up to work each day—not just clocking in, but the commitment to the craft. You’ll hear about the dedicated training involved, the unmatched innovation, the ways that HVAC supports the community and more.
We know that these are just a few of the voices that make up our industry, and that there are so many contractors out there we haven’t reached yet. We hope that by sharing these stories that we can elevate and champion the work that you do behind the scenes. After all, it’s because of you that we see Rheem at work every day.
