Learning Center

Our state-of-the-art education centers help us ensure that Rheem pros have the skills they need to install our equipment correctly and thrive in business.

Our global GoodWorks Explorer program is a volunteer opportunity for Rheem employees around the globe to bring new ideas to the table in support of our sustainability initiatives. By becoming a GoodWorks Explorer, those who are passionate about sustainability are able to help us turn that passion into action—and that may just make a big difference for us all.

Accelerated plumber and contractor sustainability training by opening state-of-the-art Innovation Learning Centers across the globe and through enhanced online training modules

Provided lunches for frontline workers fighting against COVID-19 at Grady and Piedmont Hospitals in Atlanta, GA

Sponsored the EEBA National Summit Manufacturing Expo and hosted a panel session about how to create “Utility Ready” products and programs
