James Buescher Aims to Close Points Gap at Phoenix International Raceway

November 5, 2013

NASCAR Truck Series – Lucas Oil 150
November 8, 2013 – Phoenix International Raceway
James Buescher, No. 31

With just two races to go in the 2013 NASCAR Camping World Truck Series (NCWTS) season, James Buescher and his Turner Scott Motorsports (TSM) team sit 46 points behind the leader in the NCWTS Driver Point Standings. In their last running at Phoenix International Raceway (PIR), Buescher and his No. 31 Rheem team were running just outside of the top five until a tire failed and sent him into the outside retaining wall with just three laps to go. Buescher looks to close the points gap and remain in contention for the championship for the season’s final race at Homestead-Miami Speedway.

My whole Rheem team is heading into Phoenix with nothing to lose. We are continuing with our never-give-up attitude and looking to get that checkered flag. We are bringing our Iowa truck with us and I think we’ll have great shot at accomplishing our goal. – James Buescher
