Back to Iowa: Coming off back-to-back wins in Kentucky and New Hampshire the last two weeks, Christopher Bell and the No. 20 Ruud team will continue their 2018 campaign at Iowa Speedway this weekend, making their final stop of the season at the .085-mile track. In their first visit to the Newton, IA facility five weeks ago, Bell and his Rheem team started 39th and battled back to finish second.

Ruud is Back: This weekend the Ruud brand will make its third appearance on the No. 20 Toyota Camry this season when it hits the track on Friday at Iowa. Ruud, part of the Rheem family of quality brands, provides heating, cooling and water heating products for residential and light commercial use.

New Hampshire Recap: Christopher Bell and his Rheem team looked to keep the momentum rolling as they made their only visit of the 2018 season last weekend at New Hampshire Motor Speedway. After qualifying second for the 200-lap event on Saturday Morning, Bell took the lead following the drop of the green flag and never looked back, leading a race-high 93 laps and earning his third victory of the 2018 season.

Chasing Records: With a win this weekend at Iowa, Bell would join elite company, becoming just the eighth driver in NXS history with three-consecutive wins, joining Kyle Busch and Ryan Newman as the only active drivers to achieve this feat.

Joe Gibbs Racing at Iowa: JGR has 49 NXS starts at Iowa and has earned five wins, 18 top-five and 31 top-10 finishes. The championship-winning organization has won six pole awards with an average start of 6.5 and an average finish of 10.1.

Points Update: Following New Hampshire, Bell and his Ruud team currently sit second in the points standings, just six points behind the leader heading into this weekend’s race at Iowa. However, by virtue of his three wins, Bell has accumulated 18 playoff points and currently would be the No.1 seed if the playoffs started today.

RACE INFO: The US Cellular 250 begins at 5:00 p.m. ET on Saturday, July 28, 2018. The race will be broadcast live on NBCSN, Sirius XM 90, and MRN Radio.

From the Cockpit:
Christopher Bell: “I’m looking forward to this weekend and getting back behind the wheel of our Ruud Camry at Iowa. I really enjoy racing at Iowa; the fans are great and the track is a lot of fun to drive. Our Camry was really good there a few weeks ago, so hopefully we can make a few small adjustments and come home one spot better. Ruud has been such a great partner for many years in NASCAR, and I would love nothing more than to get them their first Xfinity Series victory on Saturday afternoon.”
