NASCAR XFINITY Series - Hisense 200
October 3, 2015 - Dover International Speedway - Dover, DE

Austin Dillon and the No. 33 Rheem team finished sixth on Saturday at Dover International Speedway. Due to inclement weather in the Dover, Del., area, all track activity for the NASCAR XFINITY Series was canceled. The starting lineup was set per the NASCAR rule book placing Dillon in the fifth spot for the start of the Hisense 200. The Welcome, N.C.-native quickly reported he was too loose. The first of two competition cautions waved on lap 24, and the Danny Stockman-led team visited pit road for right-side tires, fuel and a chassis adjustment. The Rheem team restarted in the 11th spot and ran within the top 12 until the red flag was displayed on lap 114 for rain. The field returned to racing a short time later with Dillon 10th on the board. With the racing groove constantly changing as the race continued, Dillon used different lines to help with the handling of his black and red Chevrolet. The 25-year-old driver maneuvered through the top 10 in the closing laps, crossing the finish line in the sixth position.

Man, if we would have had another couple of laps, we would have gotten fifth. Overall, this Rheem team did a great job. With zero track time before the race, we fired off pretty fast and just needed some minor adjustments. I learned a lot today that I'll be able to use tomorrow in the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series race. - Austin Dillon
