    The Rheem Fix It Tool is now available online. Contractors with a MyRheem account already have access to the tool via the Contractor App. If you do not have a MyRheem account but would like access to the online tool, simply click the button below and fill out the request form.

    Troubleshoot with Speed

    The Fix It Tool online helps plumbers troubleshoot water heater problems by using the same diagnostic process as our Technical Service Analysts. With the tool, plumbers can assess and fix water heaters quickly and easily.

    The app asks product specific questions to

    • Identify the error code (for products that use error codes)
    • Diagnose the problem
    • Provide step by step suggestions to resolve the problem
