Electric Tankless Water Heaters

How it works

  • Water flow is introduced

  • Flow switch is activated

  • Thermistor sends water temperature readings to System Control (will not exceed 125)

  • System Control modulates SCR’s (silicone controlled rectifier) resistance to deliver necessary voltage to element(s)

    • SCR’s resistance modulates based on incoming water temperature, water flow, & temp control setting

  • Elements are activated (wattage & amperage modulate)

  • Hot water supplied to fixture(s)
