This position will be focused primarily on training and organizational development, performance management, and communications.


A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field with a minimum 5 years experience in human resources is required. Training certification from a recognized institution preferred. Experience with aspects of the human resources function to include policies and procedures, staffing, recruiting, performance management, and most specifically training and development of hourly and salaried employees a must. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with all levels within an organization are required. Strong MS Office computer skills as well as analytical and problem solving skills a must. PHR or SPHR certification preferred. Previous experience working in a unionized manufacturing environment helpful.
