This position is responsible for managing market and product development, pricing, brand strategies, and sales management of all product lines. Provides leadership within those product functions to promote expansion as well as product rationalization.


 

Bachelor’s degree (marketing or business preferred) with a minimum of 10 years marketing experience, 10 years managing or influencing the activities of an outside sales force, and a minimum of 5 years experience in developing and implementing sales plans. Ability to analyze and interpret related financial and business data, reports and publications. Strong analytical and reasoning skills. Proficiency utilizing Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Ability to travel with no restrictions. Master’s degree and previous experience selling aftermarket parts and components preferred.
