This position is responsible for the efficient implementation of Pricing policies, procedures and activities within the Division.
A Bachelor’s degree is required in a business or related field with three years management experience, specifically managing pricing policies (HVAC experience preferred but not required). Must be computer literate (Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Project). Excellent oral, written and electronic communication skills needed with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to speak and present in front of groups. Strong analytical and decision making skills are necessary with the ability to instruct and educate direct reports on pricing policies and procedures. Ability needed to work in fast paced environment under short time frames, multi-task, and prioritize appropriately. Minimal travel required, but as needed.
