This position is responsible for representing the company in the specified geographical locations in service related issues and in presenting product service training.
Two-year related college degree or technical trade school certificate. At least 10 years in the service sector. Excellent communication skills required. Familiarity with all phases of service and installation and the ability to present product service training is required. Multi-media instructional experience is preferred. Ability to travel overnight is required.
The preferred location for this position is in the Houston, Texas area.

Major(Services) are paid at 60% following the deductible. Life Insurance Your basic life insurance which equals your base annual salary rounded to the next $500 is paid by Rheem. An additional one or two times the basic amount is available to you at group rates. Disability Our disability program consists of Sick Leave benefits, Accident and Sickness insurance and Long Term Disability coverage. Flexible Spending Accounts These accounts allow you to pay for unreimbursed medical expenses and dependent care expenses on a pre-tax basis. Paid Time Off Vacation - the amount of time depends on your years of service. You may take one week of your first year’s vacation after 6 months of employment. Holidays - generally 11 paid holidays are granted per year. Holidays are determined by the location where you work.| Personal Absence - up to 5 paid days in a calendar year for such reasons as family illness, or urgent personal business. Financial Security Deferred Profit Sharing - The company’s contributions are based on the Air Conditioning Division’s performance. You may make pre-tax or after-tax contributions up to the IRS maximum. You choose where to invest the contributions among several investment options.
