This position evaluates critical business and manufacturing processes to determine strategies and programs resulting in improved quality and efficiency of company functions by performing the following duties:
Develop and implement programs that improve the quality and efficiency of the various work processes of the company.
Applies various technical problem-solving techniques to evaluate recommended quality improvement strategies and programs.
Actively participate in supplier development and improvement programs.
Instruct internal and external customers in continuous process improvements, including the use of six-sigma problem solving techniques.
Facilitates employee teams to build cohesiveness and improve the overall results of the respective teams’ tasks.
Bachelor’s degree in technical field or equivalent experience required. Technical knowledge of HVAC field preferred. Minimum five years related work experience required. Working knowledge of statistics and ISO 9001:2008 required. Six Sigma Black Belt certification a plus.

Basic Services are paid at 80% with no applicable deductible.
Major(Services) are paid at 60% following the deductible.
Life Insurance Your basic life insurance which equals your base annual salary rounded to the next $500 is paid by Rheem. An additional one or two times the basic amount is available to you at group rates.
Disability Our disability program consists of Sick Leave benefits, Accident and Sickness insurance and Long Term Disability coverage.
Flexible Spending Accounts These accounts allow you to pay for unreimbursed medical expenses and dependent care expenses on a pre-tax basis.
Paid Time Off Vacation - the amount of time depends on your years of service. You may take one week of your first year’s vacation after 6 months of employment.
Holidays - generally 11 paid holidays are granted per year. Holidays are determined by the location where you work.|
Personal Absence - up to 5 paid days in a calendar year for such reasons as family illness, or urgent personal business.
Financial Security Deferred Profit Sharing - The company’s contributions are based on the Air Conditioning Division’s performance. You may make pre-tax or after-tax contributions up to the IRS maximum. You choose where to invest the contributions among several investment options.
