Responsible for the conceptualization of new technology as applied to the Division’s products. Support the product development process by promoting, facilitating, and validating the application of technology to the Division’s products.
Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Aeronautical, Chemical, Electrical Engineering or applicable/equivalent technical B.S. with 15+ years in the HVAC industry, or M.S. with 5 years in the HVAC industry.
Experience includes development of residential and light commercial HVAC products from concept through manufacturing. Specific areas of experience are to include refrigerant systems for heating/cooling and their control sub-systems, gas heating and their control sub-systems, and/or air moving fan systems.
Strong verbal, written and presentation skills required. Computer skills using MS Office Suite and the internet are required.

Basic Services are paid at 80% with no applicable deductible.
Major(Services) are paid at 60% following the deductible.
Life Insurance Your basic life insurance which equals your base annual salary rounded to the next $500 is paid by Rheem. An additional one or two times the basic amount is available to you at group rates.

Flexible Spending Accounts These accounts allow you to pay for unreimbursed medical expenses and dependent care expenses on a pre-tax basis.
Paid Time Off Vacation - the amount of time depends on your years of service. You may take one week of your first year’s vacation after 6 months of employment.
Holidays - generally 11 paid holidays are granted per year. Holidays are determined by the location where you work.|
Personal Absence - up to 5 paid days in a calendar year for such reasons as family illness, or urgent personal business.
Financial Security Deferred Profit Sharing - The company’s contributions are based on the Air Conditioning Division’s performance. You may make pre-tax or after-tax contributions up to the IRS maximum. You choose where to invest the contributions among several investment options.
