This position is responsible for making strategic sourcing and material risk management decisions based upon the determination of true market values for materials via a variety of sourcing tools and to ensure the timely implementation of those global sourcing decisions.
Bachelor’s degree in business related field preferred with a minimum of five (5) years experience in commodity management in related industry with experience in sourcing and negotiating globally. Excellent interpersonal and Microsoft Office skills needed. Ability to travel overnight at least 25% of the time is required.

Basic Services are paid at 80% with no applicable deductible.
Major(Services) are paid at 60% following the deductible.
Life Insurance Your basic life insurance which equals your base annual salary rounded to the next $500 is paid by Rheem. An additional one or two times the basic amount is available to you at group rates.
Disability Our disability program consists of Sick Leave benefits, Accident and Sickness insurance and Long Term Disability coverage.
Flexible Spending Accounts These accounts allow you to pay for unreimbursed medical expenses and dependent care expenses on a pre-tax basis.
Paid Time Off Vacation - the amount of time depends on your years of service. You may take one week of your first year’s vacation after 6 months of employment.
Holidays - generally 11 paid holidays are granted per year. Holidays are determined by the location where you work.|
Personal Absence - up to 5 paid days in a calendar year for such reasons as family illness, or urgent personal business.
Financial Security Deferred Profit Sharing - The company’s contributions are based on the Air Conditioning Division’s performance. You may make pre-tax or after-tax contributions up to the IRS maximum. You choose where to invest the contributions among several investment options.
