EZ-Spec is an advanced tool for sizing many commercial and residential applications. It runs a complex set of calculations to determine fixture/appliance usage, and determine the best tankless solution. Years of industry experience in commercial and residential water heating have gone into this system to ensure the most accurate sizing possible for tankless water heaters.
Because the way tankless works, heating water based on inlet temperature, thermostat setting, and flow rate, it is recommended that you use accurate numbers for your area and applications for cold water and hot water temperatures. Using actual temperatures will provide a more accurate sizing and prevent an oversized application.
